With more than 25 years of experience, Allison Holzer has coached and advised thousands of leaders and executives (CEOs, SVPs, CMOs, Deans, Presidents, Provosts, etc) through growth, transformation, and complex change. She partners with organizations to strengthen executive leadership, align and elevate team performance, shape strategy, and build cultures that enable people and organizations to thrive.

An executive coach, strategic advisor, keynote speaker, and thought leader, Allison brings deep expertise in leadership, organizational transformation, human performance, and innovation to every engagement. Cindy Dwyer serves as a Senior Consultant for Aha2Impact, bringing more than 30 years of experience in operational and systems excellence, strategic implementation, and organizational leadership. She spent 20 years at Yale School of Medicine, most recently serving as Chief of Staff in the Dean’s Office, where she partnered with senior leaders to navigate complex priorities and advance strategic goals.

With deep expertise in academic healthcare and complex, matrixed organizations, Cindy helps leaders translate strategy into action, strengthen systems and processes, and build high-performing teams. She is known for her practical, collaborative approach and ability to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to complex organizational challenges.

Jane Fish
